The responsibility to diagnose the problem correctly is the sole responsibility of the technician servicing the equipment. Evans Tempcon will not be responsible for parts that when returned and tested prove to be fully functional. We cannot accept for reimbursement parts that have been damaged so as to prevent testing for function or are altered from the original part provided by Evans. Evans Tempcon is not responsible for o-ring leaks as these are considered an installation or service maintenance responsibility and not covered by our warranty.
